Resolution Steps

1. 1Log into your Cue AI account at app.rightoncue.ai
2. 2Navigate to Settings → Security
3. 3Click 'Enable MFA' or 'Two-Factor Authentication'
4. 4Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password)
5. 5Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
6. 6Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator to verify
7. 7Save your backup recovery codes in a secure location

• Time sync issues on your device
• Using wrong authenticator app entry
• Lost access to authenticator app
