How to reset your password

Resolution Steps

1. 1Go to app.rightoncue.ai and click 'Sign In'
2. 2Click the 'Forgot Password?' link below the password field
3. 3Enter the email address associated with your account
4. 4Check your inbox for a password reset email (also check spam/junk folders)
5. 5Click the reset link in the email within 24 hours
6. 6Create a new strong password with at least 12 characters
7. 7Sign in with your new password

Common Causes

• Reset email going to spam folder
• Using a different email than registered
• Reset link expired (valid for 24 hours only)
