Cue AI offers multiple user roles to help you manage team access and permissions effectively.

Resolution Steps

  1. 1Admin: Full access to all features, billing, and user management
  2. 2Manager: Access to team analytics, call reviews, and coaching tools
  3. 3Member: Standard access to personal calls and AI assistance
  4. 4To change a user's role, go to Settings → Team → click on the user
