Resolution Steps
- 1Admin: Full access to all features, billing, and user management
- 2Manager: Access to team analytics, call reviews, and coaching tools
- 3Member: Standard access to personal calls and AI assistance
- 4To change a user's role, go to Settings → Team → click on the user
