How to upgrade or downgrade your plan

Resolution Steps

1. 1Log into your account at app.rightoncue.ai
2. 2Navigate to Settings → Billing
3. 3Click 'Change Plan' to view available options
4. 4Select your new plan (Individual, Pro, or Enterprise)
5. 5Confirm the change - upgrades take effect immediately
6. 6Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period

Common Causes

• Pro-rated charges may appear for mid-cycle upgrades
• Some features may become unavailable when downgrading
