If your call transcript isn't appearing or is incomplete, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Resolution Steps

  1. 1Wait 5-10 minutes after the call ends - transcription can take time
  2. 2Refresh your dashboard or the specific call page
  3. 3Verify the call was properly detected in your call list
  4. 4Check that the Cue AI browser extension was active during the call
  5. 5Ensure your microphone permissions were granted
  6. 6For Zoom/Meet calls, verify screen sharing or tab audio was enabled

Common Causes

  • Call too short (under 30 seconds)
  • Poor audio quality preventing transcription
  • Browser extension was disabled or crashed
  • Audio source not captured correctly
