- 1Wait 5-10 minutes after the call ends - transcription can take time
- 2Refresh your dashboard or the specific call page
- 3Verify the call was properly detected in your call list
- 4Check that the Cue AI browser extension was active during the call
- 5Ensure your microphone permissions were granted
- 6For Zoom/Meet calls, verify screen sharing or tab audio was enabled
