Resolution Steps
- 1Whitelist domains: *.rightoncue.ai, *.convex.cloud
- 2Allow WebSocket connections (wss://)
- 3Open ports: 443 (HTTPS), 80 (HTTP redirect)
- 4If using a proxy, configure it to allow Cue AI domains
- 5Contact your IT department with our network requirements document
